I first visited Kronberg in 2008 and was delighted to participate in the courses as an active student. Now, all these years later, as an alumna, I’ll be teaching alongside these legendary cellists and educators!
Super happy and excited to be invited for the first time to the Cello Biennale Amsterdam! Especially as I have the opportunity to take on various roles: serving as a jury member for the Dutch National Cello Competition, giving a masterclass, and performing at concerts.

This concert at Három Holló presents what are mostly the first performances of works – songs, solo pieces and chamber compositions – by six young female composers. The new works will be performed by musicians who were awarded the Fischer Annie Scholarship for 2020.

I’m happy to share that this year’s edition did not get cancelled, only postponed! Instead of April, we are going to perform in October, with a few program changes, due to pandemic regulations.
The International Bach Festival was founded in 2015 by friends of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra from Amsterdam and their colleagues from the Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria.
The second concert of the Bach Bridges Festival showcases brilliance and musical depth in 300 years of music for solo instruments and orchestra.

The third Bach Bridges Festival at the Budapest Music Center is once again a collaboration between musicians of the Budapest Festival Orchestra and their colleagues of the Royal Concertgebouworkest from Amsterdam with the artistic direction of Michael Gieler and Péter Szabó. Their programs in this edition are dedicated to two of the greatest composers of all times, Bach and Beethoven. We are delighted to introduce a number of very promising young artists in our festival.
We will keep the tradition of starting each concert with the psalms of Csaba Szabó.
After their concerts at the BMC most musicians will continue to make music together at the International Bach Festival of Gran Canaria.
The Bach Bridges Festival is a joint project between the Music Stages Foundation from the Netherlands, the Csaba Szabó International Society from Hungary and the Budapest Music Center.
